Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the North Summit Coffee website and placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or place an order.

Who We Are

North Summit Coffee is a specialty coffee brand operated by Eden National Holdings LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Utah. Our products are roasted and fulfilled by our partner roastery and shipped directly to consumers.

Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify our offerings at any time. Prices displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase.

We make every effort to display accurate product information including tasting notes, roast levels, and grind options. Minor variations in flavor profile may occur naturally due to the small batch roasting process and seasonal variations in coffee beans.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order including applicable shipping fees.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed automatically on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@northsummitcoffee.com before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will take effect on the following billing period. We do not issue refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the North Summit Coffee website including but not limited to logos, brand name, product names, photography, descriptions, and design elements are the property of Eden National Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

North Summit Coffee and Eden National Holdings LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
