All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through North Summit Coffee are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
By completing a purchase on our website you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
Why We Have This Policy
North Summit Coffee products are perishable food items roasted fresh to order. Because each bag is roasted specifically for your order and shipped directly from our roastery partner, we are unable to accept returns or restock any products once they leave our fulfillment facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged in transit or an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@northsummitcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review each case individually and at our sole discretion may offer a replacement or store credit. This does not constitute a general return or refund policy.
We do not issue refunds for: customer ordering errors, change of mind, flavor preference, or shipping delays outside our control.
