Start with Summit Blend. It is medium roast with caramel, dark chocolate, and hazelnut — smooth and balanced for any brewer. If you like brighter cups, go Morning Peak. If you want dark and bold, go Campfire Roast or Trail Roast.
Both. Every roast is available ground or whole bean — you choose on the product page. Whole bean stays fresh longer if you have a grinder. If you do not, ground works great straight out of the bag.
